Seeking God’s Heart- by Bryan Shelley

Weekending

Today’s Verse: Luke 12:34 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” NASB

We saw a double rainbow yesterday evening. One of the loops appeared from ground at one horizon all the way to ground off to the other horizon. It had been years since I had seen such a beautiful rainbow. My son said, “Let’s go find the end of it!” I enquired if he wanted to find the gold, but he just wanted to see the beauty of it. What do we treasure in our hearts? The beauty of the hope we have in Jesus for our eternal destiny or the pot of gold? Would we be selfish, or want to share either with a friend in need? God knows that whatever it is we deep-down treasure, that is where our heart is set. Let it be set this day on the beauty of our Lord and let us share that treasure with someone in need.
